29-3-2007 - Accelerated development of Ethernet interface.
Because of the many positive reactions on our prototype of the Ethernet-IO16
we have decided to accelerate the development of it. This should mean that we
will try to launch it much earlier than september 2007. We have also changed a
number of things on the product as a result of customer reactions. We will add
a RS232 interface and add 3 PWM outputs. We're considering whether we want
to add 8 10-bits DAC outputs.

14-3-2007 - New webshop opened.
Finally, our new webshop has opened. Please feel free to look around. We hope
you enjoy shopping in our new webshop.

25-2-2007 - First sneak-preview of the USB-Powerswitch.

With this interface you're able to control power to a device via USB.
A number of modes are available:

- Off/On switching
- On/Off Switching
- On when PC is turned on
- Request status (whether device is switched on or off)

We will take this prototype to the 'Radio Vlooienmarkt'.

19-2-2007 - First sneak-preview of the ETHERNET-IO16.

Very soon control device via TCP/IP network !!! We would like for you to have a small sneak preview of the prototype...

The ETHERNET-IO16 will be an IO interface that can be used via the existing TCP/IP network

Some features:

    - DHCP IP adressing
    - 16 Digital ports
    - 8 analogue inputs
    - I2C interface
    - SPI interface

We also show-case this product during the 'Radio Vlooienmarkt'.

18-2-2007 - First sneak-preview of the USB-IO32.

As successor of the USB-IO16 Basic we present the USB-IO32. This interface has
32 (!) digital IO ports and an I2C/SPI interface. This will be show-case at the
"Landelijke Radio Vlooienmarkt" on march 17th in Rosmalen (NL)

17-2-2007 - March 17th - Landelijke Radio Vlooienmarkt 2007 in Rosmalen.

After last year's succes we will also attend this year's tradeshow Radio Vlooienmarkt
in Rosmalen. Beside the USB-IO16 and USB-IO16-II,
we will show a number of prototypes of things to come like: USB-IO32, ETHERNET-IO16,
and the USB-Powerswitch.

16-2-2007 - Update website.

We have done a general update of our website. Also some new products have
been added.

1-10-2006 - Relais interface for USB-IO16.

Numerous customers would like to have a relay interface that can directly connect to the USB-IO16. We will present very soon a interface card with 8 relays. Each relais will be have 2 switches capable of switch upto 4A at 230AC or 30V DC.

21-9-2006 - USB-IO16-II Evaluationboard.

To get started with the USB-IO16-II-DIL we've created an evaluationboard. The USB-IO16-II-DIL can simply be put on here an one can start playing with it. Also is a prototype area on which one can add their own hardware.

9-9-2006 - Announcement of ETHERNET-IO16.

Besides USB we wel show shortly the first prototype of a network version of the USB-IO16. The prototype will have a network connection and will have at lease the same possibilities as the USB-IO16 (or even more).

9-8-2006 - USB-IO16 Software update.

New firmware for the USB-IO16. Only use this software with bootloader software that indicate version 0.2. If you have any questions please contact us.

9-7-2006 - USB-IO16 now also available in a case.

The USB-IO16 is now available in a case. Although the first version will not contain LEDs for indication future version will have this.

8-7-2006 - USB-IO16-II-DIL is coming !!!

The USB-IO16-II-DIL will be available soon. The first version will be a DIL version.
This version will contain more new exiting functions as AD conversion, I2C/SPI interface and PWM outputs.

29-5-2006 - Linux support available

Customer now can also Linux as their preferred platform.

20-4-2006 - Application Note 0001 : Creating a USB-IO16 .NET application with Visual Basic

To show you the simplicity of working with the USB-IO16 in combination with Visual Basic .NET we have written an Applicatio Note. This note will demonstrate in a few step how to write your own application. You can find this under 'Support'.

20-4-2006 - Free Microsoft Visual Studio Express will remain free
Microsoft has announced that its Visual Studio Express range will remain free. You can use this to explore the possibilties of the USB-IO16 for FREE. For links see 'Support'.

18-4-2006 - More information about USB-IO16 DIL

An overview has been added describing the functionality of the two version that will be released. See 'Products' for more information.

13-4-2006 - First image USB-IO16 DIL

The new USB-IO16 DIL prototype is finished. To give you an idea of our product we show you a first image. In the near future we will release more information about this new product.

8-4-2006 - UPDATE: Linux support

At present time we have prototype software available with limited functionality. We currently offer this only on request. We hope to have soon a proper release that will give full support of the USB-IO16 for Linux.

24-3-2006 - Linux support underway.

Besides Windows we will also start support for Linux. As soon as we have a first version we will announce it on this website.

21-3-2006 - Pre-annoucement: new USB-IO16 version

Considering the amount of feedback about things like AD conversion inputs a.o. we will develop a new board that will contain this. This board will contain numerous extras that will eventually also endup in our ethernet enabled device.

The new interface will be a plug-in board with 2x25 pins, measuring 40mmx60mm (1.57" x 2.36").
Besides the robust 16 digital in- and outputs, as one is used from our USB-IO16, this also will contain PWM outputs, 8 channels AD conversion, counter input and SPI/I2C interface. At this moment we're working on the prototype board.

We're not able to announce a price or when it will be available. Please keep an eye on our website.

19-3-2006 - Tradeshow visit (18-3-2006)

The visit to the tradeshow was a big success. We would like to thank everyone for their interest in our products and give an extra big thanks to the people who have expressed their trust in our product by purchasing it during the show. We have also received a number of suggestions for improving our products. For example:

- IR sending and receiving
- PWM outputs
- Counter inputs
- Analogue-to-Digital conversion inputs
- Linux support
- USB-IO16 as a plug-in board
- Ethernet connection

We'll try to see what were able to realise. If still have any suggestion feel free to send us an email. In the meantime keep watching our website for updates.
